Our story

How we started

Explore Local began with a simple idea: make local food culture easier to discover through guided walks that feel personal, practical, and rooted in place.

Founded in 2019 by Mantas Vasiliauskas, the company focuses on reservation-based tasting departures designed for food curious travelers and small groups.

Each route is confirmed in advance with the planned tastings, dietary notes, and meeting details so guests know what to expect before they arrive.
